Punch Drumming

One of the things people notice first with speed bagging – and often become fascinated by is the rythmic sound generated by punches and rebounds. The sound of a good combination is often likened to a drumbeat, and Punch Drumming (a term coined by “Speed Bag King” Alan Kahn, author of The Speed Bag Bible), is simply  hitting the speedbag in time with music.

Punch Drumming is largely an “extension” or sub-set of Bible Style Bagging.  It uses many of the Bible Style techniques and punch combinations, with the addition of music ( from Classical through to Heavy Rock).
